At this time we will be offering LIMITED Fundamental Skills & Athletic Strength & Speed Classes.  At this time, Lucious will be the only trainer teaching classes. 

ALL FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS SESSIONS WILL BE 30 MINUTE SESSIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

- Perfect for the basketball beginner! This is an introduction to basketball for ages 4-7. Class will consist of basic basketball terminology, proper form and footwork, games, and fundamental drills. 6-8 foot rims are available!

 Fundamentals with an upgrade! All-around skills training for all age groups. Players will be divided by skill level. Get ready to take your training to the next level. Fundamental skills will emphasize development of skills including triple threat and pivot, screen and roll, multiple passing styles, footwork, shooting form and defense.  Players will learn more advanced basketball terminology as well as proper stretching and self-care.

Athletic Strength and Speed is designed to teach your player proper body mechanics and form while increasing their strength, vertical jump, speed, and agility. Time will also be spent in each session stressing the importance of stretching and self care for athletes.

- Small group shooting will focus on improving your shot through repetition. This instructor led class will emphasize shot form and accuracy while using several accountability tools to make you a better and more consistent shooter. Players will also have the opportunity to use the Dr. Dish All Star.
