In this one hour session you’ll work on different ball handling techniques. Players will work on handling the ball in different game like situations. Trainers will provide tips on how to improve rhythm, mechanics, and overall ball handling skills.

In this one hour session you’ll work on shooting form, skills, and game situations. Players will learn about angles, touch, and footwork to score around the rim. Trainers will provide instruction in many types of scoring scenarios. And of course, you’ll get plenty of reps in.

This hour long defensive skills class will cover techniques such as footwork, positioning, and communication as well as drills and simulated game situations to improve reaction time and decision making. 

Players will learn and practice advanced footwork and angles for defending on and off the ball.

Perfect for the basketball beginner! This class is an introduction to basketball for newer players. Classes will consist of basic basketball terminology, proper form and footwork, games, and fundamental drills.
